Profile

Rhiannon joined the CCRI in June 2008 as a part time research assistant and part time PhD student. Her main research interest is in social capital and its impact on rural communities. She is currently working as a research assistant on the CCRI's 'grey and pleasant land' project that examines the contribution of older people to rural civic society. Rhiannon's PhD focuses on the impact of social capital on increasing the resilience of rural communities.
