Examining the impact of partial and full decoupling of CAP pillar 1 support in the EU IPA Programming and Project Preparation Facility
The CCRI regularly contributes to other European project partnerships in respect of agri-rural policy evaluation studies commissioned by the EC.
In the early part of 2010, Janet Dwyer contributed to a EU funded evaluation of the impact of partial and full decoupling of CAP pillar 1 support in the EU IPA Programming and Project Preparation Facility. The project was led by COGEA, an Italian company which specialises the field of technical assistance, planning, evaluation, management and control of programmes and initiatives co-financed with EU Structural Funds.
