Support for two district councils in their preparation of rural strategies
In the summer of 2007, Malcolm Moseley and Stephen Owen assisted two district councils located close to the CCRI’s base in Gloucestershire in their preparation of holistic strategies for the sustainable development of the areas they serve.
This work involved preparing background papers on the policy context and on the appropriate interpretation of ‘sustainability’, and commenting critically on a draft strategy.
