CCRI researchers Damian Maye, Matt Reed and Dan Keech attended the 3rd project partnership meeting of ROBUST in Slovenia’s capital, Ljubljana between 1st – 4th October 2018
Later this week, the final RECARE conference will be taking place in Brussels. Over the last five years, the project has been the focus for three researchers within CCRI. One of these, Matt Reed reflects on RECARE, prior to its culmination.
The RECARE project has issued a media release in the lead-up to the final conference, which takes place in Brussels on the 27th of September in Brussels, where the research team are coming together with policymakers and influencers to discuss how RECARE results can influence the design of future European policies on soil protection
CCRI’s Matt Reed took part in a study and co-authored a paper which has been published in Methods in Ecology and Evolution, which is free to access online.
The deadline for completing the online rural housing survey has been extended to 17th September. All valid completions completed by that date will have a chance of winning one of ten £10 Amazon vouchers

Jane Mills and Matt Reed attended the penultimate RECARE annual meeting to discuss project progress and activities for the final six months of the project.
Matt Reed is the lead author on a paper just published in Urban Agriculture & Regional Food Systems. The paper – “The Challenges of Governing Urban Food Production across Four European City-Regions: Identity, Sustainability and Governance” – is available with free access online.
