SPRINT project features in Open Access Government magazine

Jane Mills, dissemination lead for the EU-funded SPRINT project, has recently published an article in the Open Access Government magazine. The magazine provides in-depth global coverage on a wide range of issues such as health & social care, research & innovation, digital transformation, finance, agriculture, environment and energy.

Jane’s article provides an overview of the project, which is developing a global health risk assessment toolbox for pesticides before exploring ways of transitioning towards more sustainable crop protection.

The SPRINT team comprises 28 partners from across Europe and Argentina (where fodder crops are grown for European markets). The team is transdisciplinary, with scientists from soil science, agronomy, ecology, sustainability assessment, (eco)toxicology, epidemiology, and the social sciences.

You can access the full edition of the July 2021 magazine on the Open Access Government website, or download Jane’s article below or view Jane’s article directly on page 478.
