Sustainable transitions

Research focused on economic growth with protection of the environment and social needs.

As a cross-cutting theme, the concept of sustainable transition is based on balancing economic growth with protection of the environment and social needs, and that any development must not compromise the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals are a set of inter-connected goals aimed at providing a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.
